Components are available based on the page template and the container being authored. If a component does not appear as an option, its usage may be limited to a specific container on a page.
For example, usability best practices suggest that paragraphs of text should not span the full width of a page because it makes it difficult to read. To support this guidance, the Rich Text Editor (RTE) component is only available in a 2/3 or less column. To use the RTE component, first add a column container and then the RTE component will appear as an option.
