Displays a background image and overlays title and description text copy.
Overview
The Captioned image component will allow the author to display a full width image and overlay copy. Currently, the colored box and overlay copy is not brand compliant. This component should be used to render a full width image only; leave the text fields blank.
Governance
Images must meet minimum specifications in regard to width and aspect ratio in order to fit properly on the page.
