Contact information

Displays contact information (i.e. address, number, email) within the individual Business Unit Contact Page. Includes integration with Google Maps.

Governance

To avoid redundancy follow these conventions:

  • The page title, should be the Business name
  • The component title should be "Contact us"
  • Use a labels only to group department contact numbers (e.g. Customer support, Technical support, etc.). To distinguish between phone and fax, specify that in the same field as the number. (e.g. Toll free, phone, fax, etc.)

Good to know

Business can list up to 3 groups of contact information (e.g. main office, ProCare contact details, manufacturing location). The map will only reflect the address of the first group.
