Specialty page tags

In order for the component to automatcially display realted specialty pages, authors must make sure that speciality pages are correctly tagged with:

  • content type = specialty
  • portfolio= (respective portfolio)
  • capability = (respective capability)
  • specialty= (respective specialty)

For example, if the specialty page is "Medsurg beds", the page must have contenttype tag of “Specialty” and then have three additional tags: One tag for Specialty: Medsurg Beds, one for Capability: Beds, and another for Portfolio: Medical & Surgical Equipment.

Once these tags have been set, the appropriate tiles will appear in the High Level CTA.

Limiting results

Specify search path

The High level CTA component will search the entire site and display all specialty pages throughout the site with matching tags. To limit the scope of the matches to a specific area of the site architecture, specify the search path in the component's settings.

The results will be limited to only pages that match within that area and below.

Sorting items

By default, items are ordered alphabetically. The High level CTA component also offers options to re-order specialities using two other methods which can be configured in the component's settings:

  • Arbitrary ordering: Allows authors to pick specialties that will be given the highest priority in the list. Specialties will appear in the order they are specified. Any specialites that are not included in the list will be sorted alphabetically.
  • Tag ordering: Allows authors to specify a parent tag and sort the results based on the child tags (ordered alphabetically). Authors can create custom tags to dictate the order of the specialties and allows filtering.
