Bryan Batson, MD, is a native of Greenville, Mississippi. He received his undergraduate degree in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University, returned to Mississippi for medical school and residency, and then chose Hattiesburg Clinic to begin his professional career.
Dr. Batson is an internal medicine-pediatrics physician with a specialty of clinical hypertension. He has practiced medicine with Hattiesburg Clinic for 21 years and has held numerous physician leadership positions during that time, including Chief Medical Information Officer from 2011 to 2020. In July 2020, he was named Chief Executive Officer of Hattiesburg Clinic, the first physician to hold this title.
