Susan Ehrlich, MD, MPP, is a practicing primary care physician and the chief executive officer of Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG), a publicly-funded Level 1 Trauma Center striving for compassionate care, thirst for learning, and joy in work.

She shares her work to model deference with her team members and in her direct partnership with patient-family advisors.
