Bryan Mills is the president and CEO of Community Health Network in Indianapolis, IN, a non-profit health system with more than 200 sites of care and affiliates throughout Central Indiana. Early in the outbreak, Bryan was diagnosed with COVID-19, and tweeted about his experience and recovery as a means of creating transparency and trust in leadership and care for both Community Health team members and for the patients and families they serve.

In this episode, Mr. Mills shares the challenges of leading a health system through the pandemic and talks about the perspective he gained by having COVID-19.
