Stryker’s 1688 AIM 4K Platform is the first system to 4K fluorescence! The entire tower is managed by the Connected OR Hub, giving you seamless connectivity to images, data, and settings you need. Now, surgical teams can see in greater detail than ever with superior image clarity, more accurate color reproduction, and enhanced light quality. With the added benefit of 4K fluorescence, the 1688 has truly taken visualization beyond the limits of any previous technology*
Brilliant Visualization
Designed from the ground up for seamless standardization and ease of use across multiple specialties, the 1688 AIM 4K Platform redefines surgical technology and patient care.
1688 AIM 4K Camera
Brilliant 4K resolution offers our surgeons crystal-clear images for improved visualization during surgery.
L11 light source and auto-light technology
The proprietary auto-light technology is designed toautomatically adjust based on anatomy to provide consistent lighting, enabling our surgeons to focus on the procedure at hand and nothing else.
4K surgical display
A 32” monitor optimizes color in advanced imaging modes to allow surgeons to seamlessly transition between modes.
PneumoClear
This 50 liter insufflator is the first all-inclusive integrated heating, humidification, and smoke evacuation platform on the market. It provides consistently clear images through an inflow and outflow management system, designed for stability while actively evacuating smoke.
SPY-PHI
The 1688 AIM 4K Platform also supports SPY-PHI, a portable fluorescence imaging device that enables perfusion assessment in vessels and related tissue perfusion during plastic, microsurgical, reconstructive and gastrointestinal procedures. The ability to visualize blood flow during open surgery may also help our surgeons make critical decisions that can reduce the risk of complications related to poorly perfused tissue.1
For an enlightened perspective on open surgery.
SPY-PHI Fluorescence Imaging Technology
The SPY Portable Handheld Imager (SPY-PHI) utilizes SPY Fluorescence Imaging Technology, and allows surgeons to visualize blood flow in vessels and related tissue perfusion during plastic, microsurgical, reconstructive and gastrointestinal procedures. SPY-PHI's modalties include: white light, SPY Fluorescence Mode, Overlay Fluorescence Mode and Color-Segmented Fluorescence Mode.
Now approved for use in cervical and uterine lymphatic mapping as well as pediatric surgery!**
Brilliant image quality
The 1080p resolution at 60fps, designed to provide realistic color reproduction, results in a sharp, highly detailed image.
Multiple visualization modes
Combine fluorescence signal information with vivid white light images in real-time.
Flexible working distance and wide imaging field
SPY-PHI is to designed to allow clinicians to assess perfusion using a wide range of viewing distances, allowing for versatility in the operating room.
Ambient light immunity
Uniform illumination field and ambient light immunity.
Connected OR Hub
The Connected OR Hub provides total control of the entire visualization system from the surgical field. The new intuitive interface and improved work flow matches real-world application, making control faster and easier than ever before.
So advanced, it's simple.
10x faster equipment setup.
Spend more time on patients.2

**The SPY-PHI System is indicated for fluorescence imaging of blood flow and tissue perfusion before, during, and after: vascular, gastrointestinal, organ transplant, and plastic, microsurgical, and reconstructive surgical procedures. Upon interstitial administration of SPY AGENT™ GREEN, the SPY-PHI system is used to perform intraoperative fluorescence imaging and visualization of the lymphatic system, including lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes.
The SPY-PHI system is indicated for use in adult cervical and uterine lymphatic mapping and pediatric patients one month of age and older.
