Acellular Porcine Dermal Matrix
ProLayer Xenograft is an acellular, sterile porcine dermal matrix for use in the reconstruction of soft tissue deficiencies.
Strength
Structurally intact matrix offers strength during tissue regeneration and allows for high tensile strength to augment soft tissues during the healing process.1,2
Performance
An acellular, porous, collagen matrix allows for early cellular repopulation, remodeling, and revascularization. Evidence of cellular infiltration, new blood vessel vascularization, and host tissue remodeling in a preclinical animal model.2
Ease of use
ProLayer Xenograft does not require rehydration or rinsing and can be implanted directly from packaging. The xenograft can also be implanted in either direction facing downward.1
