Synchro2® Guidewire
Advanced design for access.
The Synchro2 Guidewire family features advanced design to enhance access.
Available in 3 profiles:
1) Support
2) Standard
3) Soft
Innovative torque for reliable control
The microfabricated slits in the hypotube serve to maintain the flexibility of the guideware, providing 1:1 torque without sacrificing flexibility.
A Conventional guidewire - Torque transmission
B Synchro Guidewire - Torque transmission
1) PTFE-coated proximal shaft to enhance tracking and manipulation of the guideware within the catheter.
2) Platinum/tungsten alloy coil tip to allow flouroscopic visualization.
3) Flat-ribbon core wire tip enhances shape retention.
4) Hydrophylic distal segment designed to offer easier navigation.
5) Distal soft tip with GentleTip technology achieved by ribbon tip steel core, small diameter grind and nitinol hypotube cut profile.
6) Stainless steel core wire designed to offer stability and flexibility.
7) Pushability and torque control transmitted through the 35mm nitinol microfabricated hypotube.
