Metatarsal Decompression Implant
The MDI is a bone sparing solution for first MPJ arthroplasty due to its angled bone cut when compared to perpendicular cuts utilized by similar devices. The shape and angulation of the implant preserves length in the first ray while also allowing for the toe to progressively decompress through toe off.
