SPY perfusion assessment
The SPY-PHI Fluorescence Imaging System also features SPY-QP. SPY-QP is an intraoperative and surgeon-controlled fluorescence assessment software designed to allow surgeons to objectively assess the intensity of the fluorescence signal through Relative Values (%) or a Color Maps mode3.
SPY lymphatic mapping
For visualization of lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels during lymphatic mapping in adults with breast cancer, Stryker’s SPY-PHI System and SPY AGENT GREEN are currently the only fluorescence imaging system and fluorescence imaging agent on-label4.
SPY-PHI and SPY AGENT GREEN:
Successfully identified at least one histology-confirmed lymph node in 98% (145/148) of patients.5
Lymphatic vessel mapping aided visualization of 99% (357/360) of lymph nodes.5

Optimal decellularization

Dermacell is intended for homologous use only. Homologous use refers to the allograft being used in a manner that that performs the same basic function in the recipient as in the donor. For Dermacell, this means the allograft must be minimally manipulated in the performance of a surgical procedure. Any use of Dermacell allograft(s) to perform pre-pectoral breast reconstruction or any use of Dermacell to extend the submuscular pocket for breast implant or tissue expander placement is considered an off-label use because it is a non-homologous use.
