Sending in Stryker repairs is quick and simple, just follow the instructions below.
Please write your RMA# on the shipping label Record the tracking number in the unlikely event that your package is damaged, lost, or stolen
Keep this box & the shipping label for your return
Locate the device associated with repair order
Apply pre-paid shipping label to box and fill in the RMA#
Drop off at shipping department or schedule pickup
If the damaged unit or loaner is not returned to Stryker within 15 business days from receipt of the replacement or repaired unit, you will be billed the replacement cost of that product.
