In this hands-on course, participants learn how to configure or expand Platform Staff Assignment, using role-based groups and voice call flows. Learners will create a facility for Staff Assignment; link departments, rooms, and beds to facilities using bulk actions; link groups to locations; and configure department-wide assignments.

Receive an overview of Facilities in Platform 6
Gain an understanding of how departments, rooms, and beds provide the basis for Staff Assignment configuration
Utilize Bulk Actions to add functional roles and link roles to beds
Create department-wide assignment locations and link their functional roles
