Cancellation, Attendance, and No Show Policy

Classroom Cancellations

We encourage notice at least 10 business days in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. You may substitute another student to attend the same class at no charge.

Vocera reserves the right to cancel a course up to 2 weeks prior to the class start date. In the event of cancellation, registration fees can be applied to a future class or refunded.

No Show Policy

Vocera University courses have limited capacity, and are often in high demand with wait lists. In order to ensure equal training opportunities for all customers, please email vocera_university@vocera.com as soon as you know will not be able to attend.

Failure to provide written notification of absence will incur a cancellation fee (see chart above). Students attending on a complimentary basis who do not show (without prior communication of cancellation) will need to wait six months before attending another Vocera University course*.

Arrival Time:

We respect our students' time so if you haven’t arrived by 15 minutes after the posted class start time, we kindly ask that you reschedule, so a late entry does not disrupt the class.

Please note - Distance Learning courses start on time. If no one arrives by 15 minutes after the posted start time, the course will be cancelled.
