Plate System
The Cayman United Plate System is specifically designed for rigid fixation to the Cascadia Lateral 3D line of interbody implants. The single-level, one and two-hole plate configurations allow for a customisable construct from the lateral approach to help achieve sagittal balance.
Main features
- One and two-hole plate configurations sized to all Cascadia Lateral height and lordosis options
- Screw-thru Plate Inserter allows for either all-in-one insertion or in-situ assembly after the interbody has been placed
- 15° nominal screw angulation with SMARTLock Technology allows for screw placement parallel with endplates to 30° offset, allowing freedom to work within a limited access corridor
- Difference in material hardness designed to promote formation of an autogenic lock between the screw and plate
- No additional locking mechanism
