Kim Montagnino became Vice President, Chief Communications Officer in April 2025.

Kim is responsible for leading global communications, corporate marketing and public affairs strategies that elevate our position as a global medical technology leader and support commercial growth.

Kim joined Stryker in June 2024 as Vice President, Global Communications. Throughout her career, she has developed deep leadership expertise in managing complex public issues and driving marketing and communication strategies that deliver business results. Prior to Stryker, Kim spent eight years with Johnson & Johnson where she held multiple corporate affairs leadership roles spanning the MedTech, consumer and corporate sectors. Before Johnson & Johnson, Kim led communication strategies for pharmaceutical, healthcare and consumer goods clients at global communications firms.

Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from James Madison University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
