Stryker releases Comprehensive Report highlighting 2022 performance and progress against environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments

Stryker is pleased to announce the publication of our 2022 Comprehensive Report which covers our 2022 financial performance and progress on our environmental, social and governance goals. The report highlights our corporate responsibility commitment to stronger people, a healthier planet and good business.

In his letter to stakeholders, Chair and CEO Kevin Lobo shares that despite the challenging macroeconomic environment in 2022, Stryker delivered outstanding sales growth. “Looking ahead,” says Lobo, “We will continue to make progress on our strategic pillars of Customer Focus, Innovation, Globalization and Financial Performance. Our strategy, people and culture will ensure that we continue to deliver on our mission and that we are well-positioned for the future.”

The report includes stories, data and disclosures on how Stryker is advancing corporate responsibility priorities and objectives.
