Stryker Chair and CEO, Kevin Lobo, recently joined a panel at the fourth annual Bloomberg Equality Summit, which gathers corporate and policy leaders committed to action when it comes to creating a more just business climate for all.
Alongside Marianne Harrison, president and CEO of John Hancock, and Tim Ryan, U.S. chair and senior partner at PwC and co-founder of CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, Kevin highlighted the positive relationship between tangible DE&I efforts and business performance.
Kevin also discussed the importance of accountability, starting with his own leadership team and encouraging it through all levels of the organization, as well as our dedication to recruitment in continuing our DE&I journey.
