Stryker announces pricing of €2.25 billion senior notes offering

Stryker (NYSE:SYK) announced today that it has priced the following notes: (i) €550 million aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 1.125% Notes due 2023 (the “2023 Notes”), (ii) €750 million aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 2.125% Notes due 2027 (the “2027 Notes”), (iii) €650 million aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 2.625% Notes due 2030 (the “2030 Notes”) and (iv) €300 million aggregate principal amount of the Company’s Floating Rate Notes due 2020 (the “Floating Rate Notes” and together with the 2023 Notes, 2027 Notes and 2030 Notes, the “Notes”).
