Stryker earns a top score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index for LGBTQ Workplace Equality

For the second year in a row, Stryker has earned a rating of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index for LGBTQ Workplace Equality. The Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is a nationally recognized benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees.

The HRC gathers information from an annual CEI survey and assigns a rating. Criteria includes:

• Equal employment opportunity policies
• Employment benefits
• Organizational LGBTQ competence
• Public commitment
