At the heart of Stryker’s Emerging Professionals is the desire to come alongside emerging professionals and offer a helping hand so that they can thrive in Stryker’s culture and reach their full potential. Our mission is to engage, support, and inspire the next generation of Stryker professionals.

SEP is committed to their members by offering avenues for emerging professionals to network and create forums for senior-level employees to provide wisdom to the next generation. There are also opportunities to inspire the surrounding community by volunteering at schools and participating in our recruiting events.
