Stryker named a World’s Best Workplace for third year

Fortune, in association with Great Place to Work (GPTW) named Stryker one of the 25 World’s Best Workplaces. We are ranked eighth.
To qualify for the list, a company must meet GPTW’s definition of a multinational company and appear on a minimum of five national Best Workplaces lists, which GPTW compiles based on the results of its Trust Index Survey and an assessment of the company’s culture.
This is our third appearance on this list, which is the result of receiving GPTW recognition in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States. More than 8,000 organisations participated in the survey process.
