Speaker bio
Having over 30 years of acute care experience including hospital and pre-hospital settings and currently working as a Consultant Paramedic, Mark holds an MSc in cardiology and continues to undertake regular clinical shifts.
Mark's main area of expertise is pre-hospital acute cardiac care and he has been instrumental in developing several cardiac care strategies, which have been acknowledged as an example of excellence both nationally and internationally. In addition, Mark has been an investigator in several pre-hospital cardiac research trials.
