Stryker receives Don Clifton Strengths-Based Culture Award for fifth year in a row

Stryker received the Don Clifton Strengths-Based Culture Award for a fifth consecutive year. The Gallup award recognizes workplace cultures where the strengths of its leaders and employees are at the center of how they work every day.

A panel of judges selected five companies that successfully integrate the CliftonStrengths methodology into their existing development offerings as well as support employees in discovering and operating in their strengths.
