Stryker is a Gallup Exceptional Workplace for the 13th year

For the 13th year, Stryker has received the prestigious Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award. This award recognises organisations for their extraordinary ability to create engaged workplace cultures that drive business outcomes.

This year, Gallup honoured 38 organisations from across the globe, representing a range of different industries. Gallup reviewed employee responses to their annual employee engagement survey (Q12) and each company’s response rate when determining the list. In addition, a panel of Gallup workplace experts evaluated applicants and assessed them based on criteria established by a comprehensive workplace study.
