Alan Douville

Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer

Alan Douville became Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer in September 2018.

Alan leads our Global Information Technology Teams. He is responsible for the development and execution of our global information systems, as well as our information security vision, strategy and policy.

Alan joined Stryker in January 2015, and since then he has been pivotal in defining and executing our major IT transformational programs.

Previously he served as Whirlpool’s Vice President of Global Information Systems Operations and Security, as well as Chief Information Officer of North America. Prior to Whirlpool, Alan was Senior Vice President of IT with Diageo PLC.

Alan earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Maine. He is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP).
