As a Requester, you will have 24/7 access to this web-based system to submit Grant or Charitable Contribution requests, track statuses and view your organization’s historical request information. Additionally, the system will provide notifications regarding the request as well as facilitate signatures for Letters of Agreement should a request be approved.
Attached, please find a guidance document outlining how to apply, eligible organization and request types, review process as well as restrictions.
As a reminder, all requests should be submitted at least eight (8) weeks in advance of your event’s deadline for submission or event start date in order to be considered. This allows time to review the request and follow up with questions, if needed. The review process does not start at Stryker until all application information is complete and documentation has been submitted. Please note that unfortunately due to finite resources, not every quality program will receive Stryker support.
As always, Stryker does not review or approve grants or donations to induce the purchase, lease or recommendation of any Stryker products, services or for any other improper purposes. All grants and charitable contributions are approved in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals and corporate and divisional policies. Stryker reserves the right to disclose transfers of value provided as grant funds under the Sunshine Act provision known as Open Payments of the Affordable Care Act.
