Stryker named one of the World’s Best Workplaces for seventh year in a row

We have been named one of the 25 World’s Best Workplaces for 2023 – our seventh year in a row earning this honor. Great Place to Work (GPTW) and Fortune recognized us for creating globally exceptional employee experiences, high-trust relationships and workplaces that are fair and equal for all.

According to Great Place to Work, each company named to the list stood out for creating globally exceptional employee experiences, high-trust relationships and workplaces that are fair and equal for all. To qualify for World’s Best Workplaces, companies had to be ranked on a national Best Workplaces list in at least five countries, have 5,000 or more employees worldwide and have at least 40% of the company’s workforce based outside of the country where the company is headquartered.

In 2023 we received Great Place to Work honors in Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan), India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, The Netherlands, Poland, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United States. Employees in each country shared what they think and feel about Stryker as a place to work on the Trust Index Survey. The survey is the primary deciding factor in Great Place to Work’s ratings of each workplace.
